Dr. Vaclovas Kiškis is Patent Attorney of the Republic of Lithuania (Reg. No 47), Patent Attorney at the European Patent Office (Reg. No 00147580) as well as European Trade Mark Attorney (Representative No 28387).

Vaclovas Kiškis graduated from Kaunas Polytechnic Institute (currently Kaunas University of Technology) and has an engineer diploma. He holds PhD Degree in the field of Science and Engineering (1983) for the work in the field of precision vibrodynamics.

For a long time Dr. Vaclovas Kiškis worked in the SU military industry as an engineer and electromechanic in the fields of precision vibrodynamics and electronics.

Dr. V. Kiškis is an author / co-author of more than 30 scientific publications and more than 110 inventions. Current scientific interests of Dr. V. Kiškis are renewable energy and sustainable development.
