Mindaugas Krikščionaitis is a full time PhD fellow at the Mykolas Romeris University. The title of his thesis is "Models of Legal Ontologies and Their Application in Lithuanian Legal System". He is also a lawyer of the Lithuanian Customs since October 2004 and a part time lecturer at the Department of Informatics and Statistics, Mykolas Romeris University.

Mindaugas Krikščionaitis received LL.M. (specialization in Intellectual Property and Information Technology Law) from the Mykolas Romeris University in 2004. His main fields of interest are legal ontology, legal theory, intellectual property, information and data protection law.
