Dr. Mindaugas Kiškis is the Associate Professor with the Faculty of Economic and Finance Management, Mykolas Romeris University, he is also a practitioner with the largest Lithuanian independent Law Firm Lideika, Petrauskas, Valiūnas ir partneriai LAWIN. From August 2007 until July 2008 Mindaugas served as the Fulbright Scholar at the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law, Arizona State University.

Mindaugas Kiškis holds the PhD Degree in the field of Law (2002) from the Mykolas Romeris University. He also holds LLM Degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Vilnius (1998), as well as economics and management degree from the Baltic Management Institute (Vytautas Magnus University) (2005).

Dr. M. Kiškis was awarded a number of fellowships with major foreign universities, including Fulbright Scholar fellowship at the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law, Arizona State University (2007-2008), Markle fellowship at the Wolfson College, Oxford University (2003), EUSSIRF grant at the European University Institute (2001), Spirt grant at the LaTrobe University (2000), TEMPUS grant at the Stockholm University (2000).

Mindaugas Kiškis lectures in Intellectual Property Law, Cyberlaw, E-Business and Entrepreneurship at the Mykolas Romeris University, also as a guest lecturer at the Riga Graduate School of Law (Latvia), Lapland University (Finland), Arizona State University (USA), LaTrobe University (Australia).

Intellectual Property, Innovation, E-Business and Entrepreneurship are main fields of research interest and expertise of Mindaugas Kiškis.

Dr. M. Kiškis serves as a member of the working groups for the drafting of the Lithuanian Copyright and Media legislation, and an expert for four PHARE Projects in Lithuania.

Dr. M. Kiškis is also the Board Member of the Lithuanian Knowledge Economy Forum, Chairman of the Intellectual Property Committee of the Lithuanian Knowledge Economy Forum, Legal Counsel of the NGO Science and Technology Cluster “Saulėtekio slėnis” (Sunrise Valley).

In the last 3 years Dr. M. Kiškis has delivered 16 presentations in the international conferences and seminars, he also published 18 papers and book chapters in Lithuania and abroad, including 6 papers in international peer reviewed publications and chapters in 4 monographs.
