24 January 2008 - eSkills Policy (Multi-stakeholder partnerships for e-skills in Europe) project final report and executive summary have been approved by the European Commission. IRII participated in this study as a national correspondent for Lithuania. The results embrace identification and evaluation of the policies and multi-stakeholder partnerships for e-skills development as well as proposal of good practice case studies, a benchmarking framework, and recommendations for policy action.
