Internet Research and Innovation Institute (IRII) is a scientific research NGO, which unites scientists mainly working in information technology, internet, e-development, intellectual property and knowledge development fields. IRII is actively engaged in European and national scientific projects, focused on contemporary e-developments and their social, legal and political outcomes. IRII team constantly monitors e-development in Lithuania and other new EU member states as well as other Eastern European states, provides qualified comments on latest and most important issues, takes part in public consultations and working groups focused on information society and knowledge economy development in Lithuania.
